What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is reported as the fastest growing fitness industry in the world. Come along to CrossFit Slough and experience it for yourself.

CrossFit is a unique fitness regime which utilises a combination of free weights, kettlebells, gymnastics, olympic lifts and cardiovascular functional exercises. The combination of these exercises develops individuals into well-rounded athletes with an extraordinary level of fitness.

The principles underpinning CrossFit ensure that each workout is constantly varied. In essence, our classes are always exciting, different and challenging.

Our classes

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced crossfitter, our professional coaches can modify each exercise to challenge your individual level of fitness. We are also able to accommodate pre-existing injuries due to our background in rehabilitation. 

Classes are 60 minutes. We have on-site parking, showers, changing rooms and a members' chillout area so you can relax and have a coffee and chat before or after your workout.

I’ve been going to this gym for 9 months now, and can safely say I’m in the best shape of my life. (Not to say it comes easily, it takes a lot of hard work, but the staff here make it that bit easier). Regular gyms never work for me as I lack the motivation, the staff and other members make sure you keep going no matter how much you want to give up. Get signed in!
