What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a precise combination of exercise and nutrition that has been proven to increase fitness and health for people of all ages and abilities. The program produces observable results that can be measured and replicated.

Is CrossFit for me?

Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness level. Our youngest member is 3 and oldest 73 years!

The program can be modified for each athlete to help him or her become fitter and healthier. Grandparents and Olympians — and everyone in between — can perform modified versions of the same workout.

Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?

No. CrossFit is the fitness and nutrition program that will get you in shape!

I have a longstanding injury, am I able to try CrossFit?

With our expert coaches you couldn’t be in better hands. A number of our members have long-term neurological and physical impairments and they couldn’t be happier with the progress they’ve made since joining CrossFit Slough. Our members also have access to our in-house Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist.

Do you have showers and changing facilities on-site?

Yes we do.

Is there parking available?

Yes. We have a number of parking spaces available directly outside our facility.

Do I need to bring anything with me to my first session?

Feel free to bring a water bottle. Apart from that - just bring yourself and lots of enthusiasm.
