Olympic Lifting improves muscle coordination, flexibility, balance, as well as strength, speed, power and metabolic development.  

At CrossFit Slough, our bespoke Olympic Lifting Classes are available for all our adult members to attend.  Having dedicated time with our olympic lifting coach allows you to learn and improve your lifts; including Clean, Clean and Jerk and Snatch.

Our open gym area provides members with 4 lifting platforms, bumper plates, barbells, squat stands, and free weights to work on accessory movements.
