Gymnastics is one of our most popular classes at CrossFit Slough. Having previously competed at a National level, Emrys our specialist gymnastics coach works closely with members to learn and develop new skills including; pull ups, L-sits, ring and bar muscle-ups, handstand holds and walks etc.

Gymnastics a key component to CrossFit workouts and helps develop muscle strength, coordination, body awareness, balance and flexibility.  

Gymnastics classes are available to all our members on monthly membership packages.
